Engineer of Record and Assistant Project Manager - Has over 25 years of experience working at the federal, state and county level. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, a Masters in Environmental Engineering and a Professional Engineering license in the State of Florida, he has solid credentials; Mr. Sager has personally designed and engineered dozens of fuel tank installation and removal projects throughout Florida and has developed associated civil site plans for some projects. Member knows underground utilities, storm-water management system designs with emphasis in erosion/sediment control and underground fuel storage tank removal/installation. Enjoys on-site project management. Is an active member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, American Society of Civil Engineers, Florida Engineering Society, Civil Engineering Corp Historical Foundation and the Naval Reserve Association.
